With over 20 years of professional experience as an architect and project manager for commercial and private construction projects, I’ve completed numerous projects. Late evenings spent writing protocols and sorting photos consumed most of my time. I knew there had to be an easier way! Since construction inherently involves information distribution, an idea was born: a central platform for documenting and communicating. This insight led to the creation of BauMaster.
It’s a great pleasure for me to use my expertise to “build” software for the construction industry.

As a facility manager for commercial and private properties for 20 years, I’ve encountered almost every imaginable refurbishment scenario. Frustratingly, none of the tradesmen or site managers ever documented their work, which significantly complicated my job.
When Walter approached me with the BauMaster concept, I was thrilled and eager to seize this opportunity! I bid farewell to property management, relocated to Austria, and built a house while acting as my own construction manager.
