Practical example: There has been a problem with the site power distribution box and the site has lost power. If the electrician responsible cannot rectify the power failure by the next morning, three trades will have to be postponed.
1. Site Manager Creates The Task
As the site manager, you create a task with the highest priority (Prio1) for the electrician to check the site power box by 9 a.m. the next day. To do this, you define the exact description, company, person responsible, execution period and location in the log entry for the task.

2. Contractor Receives Task
The electrician sees their new task for the corresponding construction project as a partner user in the BauMaster app on their mobile phone. They schedule the inspection for the next day at 8 a.m. and leave a comment for the site manager that they will take care of it tomorrow.
The site manager sees the message and can turn to other tasks. There is no need for follow-up phone calls or further e-mails.

3. Contractor Completes Task
