At BauMaster, we understand the challenges posed by increasingly complex construction projects. With our software, construction managers can record, administer, manage and share all the information relating to their construction projects.

With our BauMaster software & app, we are building the construction project management of the future with you! Our solution gives you the necessary structure and overview of your construction project and connects you with everyone involved in your construction project.

The following terms of use show you transparently and clearly how you can use our software and what is necessary to ensure that your project data is processed securely. Please refer to the privacy policy for information on the use of your personal data.

BauMaster Services at Your Disposal

  • With BauMaster software, you are using a cloud-based software-as-a- service (SaaS) solution. It was developed by experienced specialists from the construction industry to give you a completely new experience in project planning and management.
  • Our task is to structure your construction project centrally, to professionalize it and to simplify your documentation and communication relating to the project. We process the data that you make available to us in your account.
  • We would never sell or pass on experience data that we collect from your However, we use this data to make the user experience even better for you.
  • We share your project progress with everyone you add to the project. The control for this is always in your hands.
  • We create reports for you and can generate data from the database if you wish. You can find the functions for this in the app under Preview or Create PDF.
  • We inform you via our software when you receive new messages via the app and enable you to exchange information with project partners directly via our BauMaster Your project data stays exactly where it belongs, namely in your bau-master.com project management system
  • Our BauMaster software enables us to structure your project-related contacts for you and make them available to you as a contact list.
  • We organise photos and documents that you have uploaded in the app for you and save them directly to your project via our cloud.
  • In the logs and construction reports (construction diary, daily construction reports), we offer you the option of automatically adding the current daily weather or loading weather data from the Internet. The simultaneous weather conditions for your location are added for this purpose.
  • In our logs, we provide pre-formulated text templates on various topics and regulations in construction (legally compliant) that you can add to the header and footer text. These templates have been carefully researched but make no claim to completeness, accuracy, currentness, or legal binding force. As a software manufacturer, we assume no liability for the legal effectiveness, accuracy, or consequences of using these templates.
  • Our support team is available on weekdays Mon – Thu from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00, and Fri from 8:00 to 12:00 on the phone. We also offer e-mail support and a detailed HelpCenter. If this does not solve your problem, we can also provide advice by other media. We will be happy to deal with purely technical queries for you. If you have more complex questions about using the software and would like personal advice, e.g. on optimising your processes, we may agree a separate consultancy fee with you.

Our Software Goals and Vision

The more customers discover the benefits of our software, like you, the faster we can drive further developments and improve the experience for all users. To make this possible, it is necessary to learn from your use in order to understand where improvements are necessary and where the application is simple for you.
  • Good software lives from good references. Having you as a customer makes us proud and we would like to show that. To this end, please allow us to list your company logo, which you upload in the app, as a reference on our website. Of course, you can revoke this at any time, but please always remember how important references are to you when searching for suitable software.
  • BauMaster is constantly evolving. New versions with a new layout or new functions make BauMaster the project management software in the construction sector. It is precisely this development potential that motivates us. Your feedback on current developments is important to us, but you have no right to influence, stop or accelerate the development of BauMaster.   • As mentioned above, it is up to you to decide who becomes a project participant and receives access to project data. Your Data Won’t Last Forever

  • We store your data in a database cluster. Backups are created at 24-hour intervals. Due to technical circumstances, data loss can still occur in the event of a total hardware failure. Even if the probability of such an event is very low and we are constantly working to increase the redundancy of our systems, we cannot be held liable to you if data is lost between storage intervals.
