We use construction time planning, documentation, and networked work in BauMaster. This way, all project partners are on board, and all communication is handled through the BauMaster tool. We use BauMaster for classic construction management work and also for documentation, but not only that. In the operational process, we also use it for the assignment of orders. So all orders that come into our company are processed with the BauMaster scheduling module. This is a very clear thing and a very simple way to represent the orders. From when to when the orders run and visually representing that is our advantage. On the other hand, not only the orders, but also the offers. The inquiries made to the company are recorded, documented, and then distributed to the people who calculate, further process, or plan them. These are the three essential points where we use BauMaster.

BauMaster meets exactly what I need. It is not overloaded, and one can manage without training. I mainly work on the tablet with voice input, it works great. The reports with BauMaster are also better than via email, as they are taken more seriously and given more attention.

BuildingMaster helps us immensely, especially since there are many interfaces with other trades in building technology. We can communicate optimally through the BuildingMaster app, which is very easy to understand. Due to the photo applications and innovations that are included in the app, we enjoy a great advantage.

I have been using BauMaster for a few years now. Due to the continuous development of the program and the applications, it is becoming easier, clearer, and more accurate to document the events on the construction site. This is becoming increasingly important for me as a construction manager, very much in line with the motto “Whoever writes, stays.

Success means for me when the quality is right and when a digital construction management tool makes the way there easier for me, because BauMaster does that, in terms of saving my time, then it makes sense.

BauMaster helps us document the entire construction process easily and seamlessly. The protocol function and the associated photo storage is the tool we use constantly. The contact management and sending of individual protocols are also very convenient.

During the last construction meeting of a developer project, I received feedback on a protocol point from a project manager who always says that he doesn’t read protocols because it’s all too much “blah-blah” for him… I replied: “Aha… I thought you didn’t read protocols.” He said: “Oh, Mr. Koizar, your protocols I do read! They are so nice and concise and accompanied by meaningful pictures, your protocols are the only ones I read.”

As a local construction manager, BauMaster helps me to maintain an overview even with complex projects, such as four multi-family houses on a steep slope. I use the entire program including photo documentation, protocol management, defect management, and construction scheduling, saving myself at least five hours a week. My biggest advantage: everything is interconnected, and the continuous protocol is very efficient and offers significant time savings.

I use BauMaster for the creation of construction meeting minutes and inspection protocols. Another area is the documentation and creation of reports in the context of work as a construction coordinator according to BauKG. I use BauMaster for simple and clear documentation. The area of protocols works very well already. There is a need for improvement in the filing and labeling of photos. I need the photos labeled with dates for my documentation. Currently, the labeling of the photos does not make sense for the project.

The user-friendly interface and usability have convinced us. That is why we chose BauMaster.
In terms of our daily work routine, BauMaster makes it easier for us to create reports, as well as to handle defects until the completion of our projects.

I mostly use the meeting minutes, and I have more time for other things.
